As part of our investment in SueWallSt and our broader digital ecosystem, we are building an investor-first platform that combines market intelligence, investor education, and digital tools to help shareholders make informed decisions and connect with the firm when appropriate.


We're looking for a Digital Growth Manager to own the performance and continuous optimization of that digital ecosystem.


The Role


You will own the growth, performance, and optimization of SueWallSt's digital ecosystem. You will report to the Director of Marketing, working closely with the Social Media Manager, content team, development team, and firm leadership, you will be responsible for turning website visitors into an engaged-owned audience and ultimately into qualified case submissions.


This role is responsible for ensuring every digital touchpoint—from search and landing pages to customer journeys and investor tools—is optimized for discoverability, engagement, retention, and conversion.


What You'll Do


Website Performance & Optimization


  • Own the ongoing performance and optimization of SueWallSt and related digital properties.
  • Continuously improve user experience, navigation, landing pages, information architecture, calls-to-action, and conversion paths.
  • Partner with development to prioritize website enhancements that improve engagement and business performance.
  • Establish website QA standards and validate new releases before launch.
  • Monitor user behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.


SEO & Organic Growth


  • Own the firm's SEO strategy across SueWallSt and related digital properties.
  • Drive technical SEO, on-page optimization, internal linking, schema implementation, and search performance.
  • Partner with Editorial to maximize the discoverability and long-term value of published content.
  • Monitor search trends, identify new opportunities, and develop recommendations that increase qualified organic traffic.


Customer Journey & Lifecycle Marketing


  • Own the operational performance of email and other lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Build and optimize onboarding journeys, newsletters, investigation alerts, and automated nurture campaigns.
  • Manage audience segmentation, personalization, testing, and lifecycle reporting.
  • Continuously optimize customer journeys to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.


Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)


  • Own the optimization of every conversion point across the digital ecosystem.
  • Improve landing page performance, submission funnels, newsletter acquisition, and engagement paths.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
  • Identify friction points and recommend improvements that increase qualified submissions.


Analytics & Growth Insights


  • Analyze user behavior, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.
  • Measure performance across the entire digital funnel and report regularly on KPIs and optimization opportunities.
  • Use data to prioritize initiatives and guide future marketing decisions. Provide Reporting to team members to make decisions.
  • Monitor competition for trends and market share


Cross-Functional Leadership


  • Partner with the Director of Marketing, development team, PR team, attorneys, and outside vendors.
  • Coordinate digital initiatives to ensure marketing, editorial, and product execution remain aligned.
  • Report regularly on digital growth, website performance, SEO, audience engagement, and conversion metrics.


What We're Looking For


Required


  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing websites, products, digital marketing programs, or growth initiatives.
  • Strong experience with SEO, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience managing customer journeys and lifecycle marketing platforms.
  • Deep understanding of web analytics, user behavior, and digital performance measurement.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams to improve digital experience.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience growing owned audiences through SEO, email, and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.
  • Ability to work core East Coast business hours.


Preferred


  • Experience in financial services, financial media, fintech, legal marketing, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with Customer.io or similar email platforms.
  • Paid media experience, PPC, SEM, ect.


Compensation & Benefits


  • $75,000-$95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus
