OMNI is honored to be retained by our confidential client in the search for a Director of Talent Acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic talent acquisition leader to drive recruiting excellence for a growing organization. The Director will lead enterprise recruiting strategies, oversee a high-performing talent acquisition team, and partner with senior leadership to attract and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The Director of Talent Acquisition will provide leadership across all aspects of the talent acquisition function, including recruiting operations, talent acquisition technology, employer branding, analytics, vendor partnerships, and team development. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a proven ability to build scalable recruiting programs that support business growth. This is a fully remote position with no regular in-person work requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition function for sales roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, quality of hire, compliance, and recruiting performance.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce planning objectives.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals.
- Establish recruiting goals, metrics, and processes that drive hiring velocity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee applicant tracking system strategy, governance, optimization, and reporting to support effective hiring decisions.
- Partner with senior leaders to align talent acquisition initiatives with business priorities and hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams on hiring approvals, offer processes, and workforce initiatives.
- Lead employer branding and talent marketing efforts across recruiting channels, including career sites, social media, and candidate communications.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance onboarding processes and improve the new hire experience.
- Manage recruiting vendors and strategic partnerships, including search firms, staffing agencies, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
- Deliver talent acquisition analytics and insights to guide hiring strategies and workforce decisions.
- Drive the adoption of innovative recruiting technologies, AI-enabled tools, and advanced sourcing strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that enhance recruiting effectiveness, scalability, and organizational impact.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility for recruiting teams and programs.
- Proven success leading talent acquisition teams and large-scale recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.
- Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing recruiting teams.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and talent acquisition analytics.
- Deep understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive recruiting decisions and organizational outcomes.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and leading through change, ambiguity, and growth.
- Experience implementing modern sourcing strategies, digital recruiting practices, and AI-powered talent acquisition solutions.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
- Experience within the SaaS, software, technology, or other high-growth industries preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
