Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Onsite)
Availability: Candidates must be ready to relocate to Geneva before 1st September.
Experience
- 4+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AWS Infrastructure delivery.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS Control Tower, Account Factory, and Multi-Account Landing Zone deployments.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform for writing, testing, and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in AWS environments.
- Working knowledge of AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, and AWS X-Ray configuration and deployment.
- Experience with AWS Service Control Policies (SCPs), IAM Roles, and Permission Boundaries in multi-account AWS environments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure deployment using CI/CD pipelines such as AWS CodePipeline or equivalent.
- Basic experience in Grafana datasource configuration and dashboard setup is preferred.

Project Overview
We are supporting a large-scale cloud migration and transformation program for a Switzerland-based client. The target platform is AWS and the engagement spans multiple parallel workstreams, including application migration, platform and data foundations, observability, developer experience, and security.
The current focus is on cloud platform enablement, migration execution, and standardization. Resources will work closely with project teams to support AWS infrastructure delivery while aligning with banking governance and regulatory requirements.
