Mobile UI/UX Designer

In DREAMTEAM APPS we build mobile products for tier-1 markets. Our apps are live in the App Store and Google Play across Generative AI, Conversational AI, Health and Utilities. We're a compact team spread across several countries, with decisions made by the people doing the work.

We're looking for a Mobile UI/UX Designer to own design on our products. You'll work directly with a product manager and engineers, without layers of approval. That gives you real influence on what ships, and real ownership of how it looks and works.

Roughly in the order of how much time each part takes:

• Designing flows and interfaces for iOS and Android, from the structure of a flow to final screens ready for handoff
• Onboarding and paywalls: designing new screens and updating existing ones
• Exploring the category and competitors before you commit to a solution
• Owning and growing our design systems and UI kits, keeping libraries consistent as the products evolve
• Prototyping to validate a flow before it goes into development
• Promo materials: App Store and Google Play screenshots, app icons
• Lottie animations and micro-interactions
• Working closely with a product manager, engineers and QA on reviews, handoff and follow-up after release

• 3+ years in mobile product design, including subscription apps you worked on
• A portfolio of apps published in the stores, with a clear picture of your own contribution
• Experience designing for both iOS and Android. You know platform conventions and design with them

• Experience with onboarding flows and subscription screens
• Confident Figma: components, variables, libraries
• Experience inside a product team: release cycles, handoff to engineers, iterating on feedback
• You can walk us through your decisions. What you considered, what you set aside, why the final one won
• Comfortable writing clean interface English
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, whether for moodboards, design directions, wireframes, prototypes or illustrations. We want to see that you've tried them and got something out of it, and that you keep sharpening your craft on your own

• Lottie animation (LottieLab, After Effects)
• Illustration and graphics skills
• Web design experience: landing pages or small websites
• A feel for product metrics: a sense of what a change in the design can do to metrics

1. Getting to know each other: an intro call with our HR, plus your CV, portfolio and a short questionnaire
2. Interview with the team, about an hour. We ask our technical questions about how you work, and we look at one of your projects: what the task was, which options you looked at, and how you got to the final result
