Role Description We're hiring a Digital Marketing Professional & Content Creator to lead our SEO, content, social media, and paid advertising efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both strategize and execute.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO/GEO (Search/Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across blogs, website, and social channels
- Manage day-to-day social media presence, including content calendars, posting, and community engagement
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Track and report on performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with brand voice and business goals
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

What We're Looking For
