We’re looking for an experienced Senior Dress Designer with a passion for creating trend-forward, fashion-driven collections. This role will own the dress category from concept through final sample while leading creative direction, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring innovative collections to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design trend-driven dresses from concept through final approval.
- Research trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and market inspiration.
- Source fabrics, trims, linings, and specialty materials.
- Create detailed tech packs and oversee product development.
- Lead proto fittings, ensuring exceptional fit and construction.
- Manage seasonal calendars, sample tracking, and development timelines.
- Partner with Product Development, Production, Creative, and overseas teams.
- Mentor junior designers and help drive creative direction for the dress category.

- 5–8+ years of fashion design experience with a strong focus on dresses.
- Experience within fast-fashion or trend-driven apparel brands.
- Strong expertise in garment construction, draping, fit, fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.
- Experience leading fittings and managing products from concept through production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
