About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Mobile Application Developer to join a global technology team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade mobile and web applications. This role involves working across the full technology stack to build secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions supporting mobile platforms, end-user applications, administrative tools, reporting systems, and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile application development, backend development, web technologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise integrations. You will work within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

• Build automated processes and workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Integrate applications with third-party services, APIs, and vendor platforms.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure application reliability, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production and application issues.
• Optimize application performance across mobile and web platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps and CI/CD initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the development ecosystem.
• Provide escalation support and perform root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.

Required Qualifications

• 7-15 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on development expertise.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies.
• Proven experience developing and deploying iOS and Android applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java development and Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Experience building and supporting Angular-based web applications.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with relational databases such as DB2, Sybase, or similar.
• Strong experience in Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting.
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Python.
• Experience with Apache/Tomcat web server architecture, application deployment, and logging.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with iOS Swift, Java/Kotlin, and Apache Cordova.
• Exposure to native mobile application development.
• Experience implementing and supporting DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data structures, memory management, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working with Microsoft Intune Graph API.
• Familiarity with Apache/Tomcat administration and performance tuning.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
