- Designing and developing scalable Java microservices.
- Building and maintaining cloud-native applications using modern architectures.
- Developing RESTful APIs and integrating distributed services.

- Implementing observability using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Contributing to event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
- Applying software engineering best practices including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
- Collaborating with international engineering teams through code reviews, pair programming, and agile development practices.
- Troubleshooting production environments and continuously improving platform reliability and performance.
- Leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus.
- Experience building distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with database design and modelling.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservice architectures.
- Practical experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or Gemini.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, particularly Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working within international teams.
