Technical Team Lead in GERMANY

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and Agile work environment.
• Architect and design scalable backend systems utilizing Node.js, Python, and MongoDB.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend and DevOps, to deliver top-notch solutions.
• Oversee the entire development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
• Take ownership of systems design, architecture, and best practices implementation.
• Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to support the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of software development experience.
• 2-3 years of proven leadership experience in managing Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong expertise in backend development, particularly with Node.js, Python, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Demonstrated experience in systems design and architecture.
• Proficiency in frontend development, version control systems, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
• Hebrew language skills are a plus!
