QA Analyst (Manual and Automation)

Here are the details:
What You’ll Do
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and scenarios for features within an Agile development environment.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the overall quality of web, mobile, and desktop apps.
- Identify and track defects in the tracking system.
- Executes exploratory, sanity, smoke, regression, and integration testing on assigned projects
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Perform backend database testing in a Microsoft SQL environment, validating stored procs, jobs, and triggers.
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
- Write test cases
- Report statuses of test cases (pass or fail).
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
- Create bug reports that are understandable and reproducible by the Project Lead.
- Help the Support Team reproduce the client-reported bugs and create the corresponding bug reports.
What You Have
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst
- Highly skilled in performing manual test cases
- Experience with automation testing
- 1 to 2 years of experience with UI test automation using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.
- Experience with web, mobile, and desktop application testing, including cross-browser compatibility testing and tools
- Experience working with any SQL databases
- Basic coding skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, etc.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices
- Extensive knowledge of quality control/testing within the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High English proficiency (B2 - C2)
- Detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
