Meet the Team

Core to the health and growth of our business, Millennium’s Information Technology organization builds flexible, scalable platforms and advanced proprietary systems that support the firm’s active, multi-manager model. Within this environment, the Compliance/Regulatory Reporting Technology team builds solutions that support the firm’s global regulatory and reporting obligations, using modern engineering practices, cloud-native architecture, and full-stack development to deliver scalable, well-controlled, production-ready systems.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable, real-time regulatory and compliance applications using C#/.NET, Angular, and SQL, while using AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and quality

• Model business domains using Domain-Driven Design, including bounded contexts, aggregates, entities, value objects, domain services, and domain events
• Architect and implement cloud-native and serverless solutions on AWS, including event-driven services and distributed application components
• Build and maintain secure, high-quality Angular front ends that integrate efficiently with backend APIs and domain services
• Design and optimize relational data models and SQL queries for high-volume, low-latency workloads across platforms such as SQL Server and Snowflake
• Develop and support messaging and streaming solutions using technologies such as Kafka, SQS, and SNS
• Drive a test-first engineering approach with strong automated coverage across unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing

• Partner with global business and Compliance stakeholders to understand requirements, shape domain models, and deliver auditable, production-ready solutions
  
  

What You Bring

• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Expert-level C#/.NET skills and strong object-oriented design capabilities

• Solid experience building Angular applications, including components, state management, routing, and API integration
• Advanced SQL skills, including schema design and complex query development across platforms such as SQL Server and Snowflake
• Experience building high-throughput, concurrent, and fault-tolerant systems
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging technologies, including the use of JSON and Avro for data contracts in streaming and messaging workflows
• Strong understanding of unit testing, dependency injection, design patterns, concurrency, and SOLID principles
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
