About the Role

You'll join as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, owning new product areas from architecture through production. Working across the entire stack, you'll build AI-powered customer experiences, develop browser automation and document intelligence capabilities, and partner closely with product and forward-deployed engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions used by leading insurance companies.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of full-stack engineering experience shipping customer-facing products end-to-end.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows in production.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, and modern web development practices.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms such as AWS is preferred.
• Background from a top-tier technology company or high-growth YC-backed startup, with clear career progression and increasing ownership.
• Strong academic performance in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (GPA 3.7+ preferred).
• Comfortable engaging with customers and participating in product demos when needed.

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation: $160K–$230K Base + 0.2–0.6% Equity
• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Work Model: 5 Days Onsite
