The Role
We are looking for a Campaign Manager (AI & Claude Specialist) to support our business through data analysis, reporting, and AI-powered automation. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards, improving internal processes, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions.
This is not a reporting-only role. We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience using Claude professionally to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business, sales, recruiting, campaign, and operational data
- Build and maintain dashboards that track company KPIs and performance
- Use Claude daily to automate analysis, generate reports, clean datasets, and improve workflows
- Create reporting models using Excel and Google Sheets
- Identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies
- Automate repetitive reporting and business processes using AI
- Maintain accurate and organized datasets across internal systems
- Work closely with leadership to provide actionable business insights
- Support AI and automation initiatives across the company

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, operations, or a related field
- Professional experience using Claude is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written English
- Availability during US business hours
