About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Remote Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling promotional videos, animated advertisements, short-form social media content, and motion graphics that align with client goals and brand standards. Your work will involve creating engaging visual content for digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more, supporting marketing campaigns and digital advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in video editing, storytelling, animation, and digital content creation. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, PPC specialists, and clients to develop innovative visual solutions that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion graphics and video editing
• Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
• Ability to produce short-form promotional videos independently from concept to final cut
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Own camera, lighting, and shooting space for independent video production
• Ability to record narrations and voiceovers
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience presenting creative ideas professionally to clients
• Reliable workstation with a fast computer suitable for video editing

Responsibilities

• Create engaging promotional videos for Coalition Technologies and its clients
• Design animated banners and short-form videos for digital advertising campaigns
• Develop content for social media platforms such as Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Produce text animations, logo animations, character animations, and other motion graphics for various media
• Follow creative briefs, working with scripts, design assets, footage, and client input
• Develop video concepts, write scripts, and create storyboards as needed
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present ideas
• Collaborate with digital producers to plan video and animation strategies that support marketing objectives
• Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and PPC specialists to establish creative direction
• Balance visual appeal with campaign performance metrics for advertising and social media content
• Encode videos in required formats and upload to media platforms or other distribution channels
• Stay updated on the latest trends in storytelling, motion graphics, and social media content creation
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to company methodologies
