Key Responsibilities

Lead security investigations from escalation to resolution

Manage and validate escalations from managed security partners

Partner with detection engineering teams to improve alert fidelity and monitoring capabilities

Maintain detailed investigation documentation

Strengthen operational processes through lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
