We're looking for an experienced Back-End Developer to help build and maintain the core services that power Webito.
You'll work on scalable backend systems, APIs, integrations, and internal services used by businesses around the world. This role involves designing new features, improving existing architecture, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with product and frontend engineers.

What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Build scalable and reliable systems for our commerce platform.
- Develop integrations with third-party APIs and external services.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize backend performance.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
What we are looking for:
- Professional experience building production backend applications.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design.
- Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Redis or other caching technologies.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Experience using Git in collaborative development workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
