Part-Time Graphic Designer

As we continue to expand our product portfolio and marketing initiatives, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to take ownership of our product labels, packaging, renderings, and product imagery, with the opportunity to grow into a broader creative role over time.

We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging, labels, product renderings, and digital marketing assets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design and production work, can maintain organized design systems, and is comfortable collaborating across multiple departments.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience designing for supplements, nutraceuticals, skincare, cosmetics, food, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or eCommerce brands.

Candidates outside the U.S. are welcome to apply, provided they have excellent English communication skills and can overlap part of their schedule with California time.

• Design, update, and maintain product labels in Adobe Illustrator/Figma.
• Prepare print-ready files for production.
• Participate in internal review and approval processes.
• Organize label files, production assets, and archives.
• Coordinate updated label files with our external rendering specialist.

• Ensure renders remain up to date as packaging changes.
• Maintain organized product asset libraries.
• Assist with production image updates across the website and marketing channels.

• Design and update product images to be used on Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, paid advertising, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Create lifestyle compositions, feature graphics, comparison charts, and educational visuals.
• Export and organize assets following internal workflows.

• Assist with packaging concepts for new product launches.
• Design icons, marketing materials, presentations, promotional graphics, and miscellaneous creative assets.
• Take on additional creative responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, labels, product imagery, or consumer product branding.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience using AI image generation as part of the creative workflow.
