We are now looking for a Junior AI Support Specialist to assist our team in managing systems for our automotive client and ensuring their internal users have the support they need.

The role
The Junior AI Support Specialist is an entry level position designed for someone who is analytically minded and eager to learn the technical side of business systems. You will assist our senior consultants in maintaining AI driven support tools and reporting dashboards. This is not a role where you will be left to handle complex engineering alone. Instead, you will be part of a team that values accuracy over speed and documentation over guesswork. This is a permanent, full-time role that is conducted entirely through remote work, allowing you to contribute from your own environment while staying connected through digital tools.

What you will do

• Monitor and respond to support requests related to internal AI tools and automated reporting systems.
• Assist in the configuration of basic data validation rules to ensure information remains accurate and consistent.
• Maintain and update technical documentation so that client teams can manage their systems independently after a project concludes.
• Perform testing on software updates and new configurations before they are moved into a live environment.
• Help track and categorize technical bugs, following up with consultants to ensure they are fixed promptly.
• Draft user guides and training materials that translate complex technical functions into plain language.

• Support the data cleanup process by identifying duplicate records or missing entries within the system.
