Job Description


Pride Health is looking for Marketing Performance Analyst to support our client’s medical facility, which is 100% REMOTE

Pay range - $40 TO 50/hr on W2

Length of assignment – 24 weeks of Contract


Job Summary

Marketing Performance Analyst will support the Marketing & Communications team by managing website analytics, SEO, campaign tracking, reporting, and local SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with web analytics, digital marketing performance, Tableau dashboards, and SEO, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Piwik, and Google Search Console.
  • Create quarterly marketing performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for campaign and patient journey reporting.
  • Configure UTM parameters and custom event tracking for accurate campaign measurement.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and monitor organic search performance.
  • Support AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) for platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • Manage local SEO, location listings, and data accuracy using Yext or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, analytics, and campaign performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing reporting, and SEO.
  • 1–2 years of experience with AEO/GEO or AI-driven search optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Piwik, and SEMrush.
  • Experience with Tableau (Looker or Power BI is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of UTM tracking, campaign measurement, and digital reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience is preferred.
