Dimov Tax is a fast-growing, BBB A+ accredited CPA and accounting firm serving individuals and businesses nationwide. Our distributed team relies on dependable technology, responsive support, and well-managed internal systems to serve clients efficiently and protect sensitive information.
We are looking for an IT Systems and Support Administrator who can take ownership of day-to-day technology support and core systems administration. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, improving processes, and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks.
The person joining us will receive a structured handoff of the role's systems, processes, and documentation.
About the role
You will be the primary point of contact for internal technology needs across a remote team. Your work will range from resolving everyday user issues and setting up new employees to managing access, supporting business applications, documenting procedures, coordinating with vendors, and helping protect confidential client and company data.
This role is best suited to a resourceful IT generalist who can investigate unfamiliar issues, communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues, and carry problems through to resolution. You should be comfortable balancing planned administrative work with incoming support requests and knowing when an issue requires escalation.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
- Serve as the primary contact for employees technology questions and issues.
- Troubleshoot account access, email, file permissions, printing, workstation, and common business-software problems.
- Provide patient, clear support to employees with different levels of technical experience.
- Track requests, communicate status, and follow issues through to a confirmed resolution.
- Set up, configure, maintain, and reset employee workstations as needed.
- Maintain accurate device and equipment records for a remote workforce.
Systems and Access Administration
- Administer employee accounts, access permissions, groups, and licenses across company systems.
- Support the day-to-day administration of Gmail, Google Drive, and Monday.com.
- Manage shared files, ownership transfers, access requests, and permission changes carefully and consistently.
- Troubleshoot sign-in, account, and cross-application access issues.
- Review administrative and activity information when investigating access or security concerns.
- Apply least-access principles and keep permissions current as roles change.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Coordinate the technology portion of onboarding, including accounts, permissions, licenses, equipment, and application access.
- Offboard departing employees promptly and thoroughly by revoking access, preserving required business information, and transferring ownership or responsibilities.
- Use and maintain checklists so that onboarding and offboarding are accurate, repeatable, and auditable.
- Partner with managers to confirm that each employee has the access needed for their role - without unnecessary permissions.

Monday.com Administration
- Support and maintain Monday.com boards used by teams to manage operational workflows.
- Manage board structure, permissions, views, and other administrative settings.
- Help employees use boards consistently and troubleshoot workflow issues.
- Improve board organization and standardization as business needs evolve.
Security and Data Protection
- Help employees assess suspicious emails, links, access prompts, and other potential security concerns.
- Respond promptly to suspected account compromise or unauthorized access and coordinate escalation when appropriate.
- Review and remove access that is outdated, unnecessary, or unauthorized.
- Follow secure handling practices for confidential client, employee, and company information.
- Reinforce practical security habits across the team.
Documentation, Vendors, and Continuous Improvement
- Create and maintain clear documentation, checklists, inventory records, and internal support guides.
- Manage software license assignments, renewals, seat counts, and vendor support cases.
- Research solutions, compare options, and make practical recommendations based on security, usability, cost, and support needs.
- Identify recurring issues and improve the underlying process where possible.
- Assist with system changes, data transfers, and other IT projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, help desk support, or a comparable role.
- Hands-on experience administering user accounts, permissions, and business applications - not only using them as an end user.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across workstations, email, file access, accounts, and common productivity software.
- Experience supporting remote employees and resolving issues through remote-support methods.
- Sound judgment around access control, confidential information, and security-related issues.
- Ability to prioritize competing requests, work independently, and follow through without close supervision.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- A consistent habit of documenting work and maintaining accurate records.
- Reliable availability for a 40-hour remote workweek and the ability to support agreed business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing Gmail, Google Drive, or Monday.com in a business environment.
- Experience in an accounting, tax, financial-services, or other professional-services organization.
- Familiarity with identity and access management, software licensing, device inventory, and security incident triage.
- Experience supporting an organization during predictable periods of high activity or seasonal demand.
- Interest in improving workflows through built-in automation, integrations, or light scripting. Scripting experience is welcome but is not required.
