Collaborate with SOC, Threat Intelligence, and Penetration Testing teams to strengthen security posture
Support cybersecurity audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes

Terracotta Outsourcing is hiring a Senior Vulnerability Management Specialist to join our team for an exciting opportunity with one of our prestigious government clients in Dubai.

The selected candidate will be employed under Terracotta Outsourcing's sponsorship, receiving all benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law, including medical insurance, while working on-site with our government client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise vulnerability management platforms (Qualys VMDR, Tenable.sc/Tenable.io, Rapid7 InsightVM).
  • Conduct enterprise-wide vulnerability assessments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Perform automated asset discovery and maintain accurate enterprise asset inventories.
  • Analyze vulnerability scan results, validate findings, eliminate false positives, and recommend remediation actions.
  • Prioritize vulnerabilities using CVSS, EPSS, threat intelligence, exploit availability, and business asset criticality.
  • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Database, and Application teams to ensure timely remediation and patch compliance.
  • Conduct configuration compliance assessments using CIS Benchmarks and industry best practices.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reports tracking MTTR, vulnerability trends, patch compliance, and enterprise risk exposure.
  • Manage vulnerability exceptions, risk acceptance, and remediation tracking.
  • Collaborate with SOC, Threat Intelligence, and Penetration Testing (VAPT) teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.
  • Support cybersecurity audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Security.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Vulnerability Management.
  • Experience with Qualys VMDR, Tenable.sc/Tenable.io, Rapid7 InsightVM, or similar enterprise vulnerability management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CVSS, EPSS, CVE, vulnerability management lifecycle, and security risk assessment.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise patch management solutions.
  • Experience with CMDB, SCCM, WSUS, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, or SQL is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
