The IT Infrastructure Team is organized under the Head of User Support & Operations. Cooperating closely with IT Support, Security and Enterprise Systems to establish, the IT Infrastructure team has the mission of establishing a high standard of control over user and endpoint access to technical resources.
There is no legacy technology and we use cloud native infrastructure. Here are some of the technologies we use

As M365 Platform Manager at reMarkable
You will be responsible for owning the M365 stack and cooperation in the planning, implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 services. Working closely with the IT and Security team, you will deliver world-class services to the business and support the smooth operation of M365's ecosystem.
- Overall responsible for enabling a modern workspace using the M365 environment including strategy, administration, and governance
- Building and updating systems through Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
- Technical delivery of all EUC configuration management and services
- Help define the strategic roadmap and continuous improvement for our digital data strategy and governance
- Provide delivery and engineering management for Microsoft Office 365 based collaboration services
- Provide assistance to the IT Support team for escalated incidents, requests, problems, changes, and governance activities
- Collaborate with the security team to maintain and optimize security throughout the Microsoft portfolio

- Proven experience in modern workspace management via M365 administration, Microsoft level 3 support, Security EUC Infrastructure or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Intune configuration management; Autopilot, scripting in Windows Powershell and Software distribution
- Experience in managing identity, security and compliance issues related to Microsoft 365 via Entra ID
- Technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 2019, Office 365
- Cloud Azure experience
- Experience with Microsoft Defender Security Product Suite; Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel
In addition it is beneficial to have
- Microsoft certifications
