ROLE DESCRIPTION

The AI/ML Engineering Instructor is a live teaching role (3 classes per week) responsible for delivering Ayonaire's full AI Engineering curriculum from Python foundations and classical ML through Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and into modern AI Engineering: Generative AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, and MCP. This is not a "watch and repeat" teaching role — it's ownership of how students actually become AI Engineers.

You will break down complex, often intimidating topics into simple, structured, digestible lessons — every class built around a real-world problem statement, not abstract theory. Daily responsibilities include teaching live sessions, mentoring learners, reviewing assignments and end-to-end module projects, and giving constructive feedback that pushes students toward professional-grade work. You'll also support learners with career readiness — mock interviews, interview prep, and guidance on presenting AI/ML projects to employers — and collaborate with the curriculum team to keep course content aligned with current industry practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong foundation in AI/ML engineering, including machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and applied data science workflows

• Must have built end-to-end projects across Python, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Agentic AI, and Generative AI
• Practical experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions — model training, evaluation, MLOps practices, and integration into production environments (Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment)
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools, LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, AI automation workflows, and their application to real business problems
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/tools (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy) • Experience designing and delivering technical training, bootcamps, or courses including creating clear, structured learning materials and hands-on projects
• Ability to mentor learners of diverse backgrounds, explain complex concepts in simple terms, and provide actionable feedback that builds skill and confidence
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, using online collaboration tools, and maintaining reliable communication and availability for live classes
• Knowledge of industry domains (finance, telecom, e-commerce, FMCG, insurance, hospitality, etc.) and how AI/ML solves real business challenges is a strong plus
• Prior experience with vector databases (ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone) or Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a strong plus
• Must be willing to record a short teaching video (e.g. OOP or Functions) as part of the application process
