Job Description
Company Description 31 CONCEPT develops ODUN.ONE, an AI-powered data intelligence platform that unlocks the value hidden in modern telecom networks. Built for a landscape defined by data sovereignty, cyber threats, and encrypted traffic, ODUN.ONE gives Tier 1 operators full visibility and control through on-premises, AI-driven analytics. The platform acts as a digital nervous system, enabling real-time threat detection, actionable insights, and new monetization models such as application-aware billing and smart traffic steering. With a modular, API-first architecture designed for private cloud environments and national policy requirements, 31 CONCEPT focuses on scalable, future-proof solutions where legacy tools fall short. The company is committed to building next-generation telecom infrastructure that established players struggle to deliver.
Role Description As a DevOps Engineer at 31 CONCEPT, you will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and tooling that support the ODUN.ONE platform in production and pre-production environments. In this full-time, remote role, you will implement and manage CI pipelines, automate deployment workflows, and ensure reliable, secure delivery of new features. You will work closely with software engineers and data teams to provision and manage Linux-based systems, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues across the stack. You will define and improve infrastructure-as-code practices, enhance observability and alerting, and contribute to security hardening and resilience of the platform. Collaboration in an agile, distributed team and continuous improvement of DevOps processes will be central to your day-to-day work.
Qualifications
- Strong System Administration skills, especially in Linux environments, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices to provision, manage, and version infrastructure.
- Experience with Continuous Integration concepts and tools to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Software Development fundamentals (e.g., scripting and automation in languages such as Python, Bash, or similar) to integrate and streamline DevOps workflows.
- Background in cloud or private cloud environments, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with security best practices, observability (logging, metrics, tracing), and high-availability architectures.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and international team, with clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in telecom, data platforms, or security-focused environments is a plus.
