Human resources manager

The ideal candidate

  • Completed higher education, preferably in the field of human resources, psychology, law or economic sciences;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company;
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR practices;
  • Familiarity with digital work tools, such as the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook) and specialized applications for payroll and personnel records;
  • Demonstrated communication, coordination, leadership and effective team management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and work in a dynamic environment;
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking and orientation towards solutions and results;
  • Knowledge of English at least at an intermediate level is an advantage.
