Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support end-to-end HCM technology solutions.
- Work across Workday and integrated Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Clocking platforms.
- Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, file-based, and event-driven solutions.
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and authentication protocols.
- Collaborate with HR, Product Owners, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvements.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday or other enterprise HCM platforms.
- Experience with Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Clocking solutions.
- Strong understanding of HCM architecture, APIs, Middleware, ETL, SSO, IAM, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working in global, multi-country, and multi-vendor environments.
