HR Systems Specialist (SAP HCM/SF) โ 12-Month FTC | Up to 80,000 EUR | 100% Remote DE
We're recruiting on behalf of a large, internationally operating business for an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join their HR Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term basis (parental leave cover).

The Role
You'll act as the technical lead for the company's SAP HCM system, covering authorisations, payroll, pension management, reporting, and GDPR deletions, alongside other HR IT platforms, including SuccessFactors (Employee Central), an electronic personnel file system, and a certificate generation tool.
Day-to-day you'll be:
- Implementing user requirements and system changes in SAP HCM with payroll relevance
- Advising internal stakeholders on system-related solutions and process design
- Maintaining and customising the certificate generation tool
- Acting as the key contact for internal and external auditors, ensuring audit support and documentation
- Supporting key users across the business and ensuring their processes align with standard system functionality
- Contributing to and driving digital HR transformation and process modernisation
- Participating in international HR projects, including taking on (partial) project management responsibility

What They're Looking For
- A degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Several years' experience working with HR systems in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM (essential); experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central desirable
- Solid understanding of HR processes and HR IT
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a structured and solutions-focused approach
- Experience working in international, cross-functional teams
- Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 in both)
