Art Director in POLAND

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of all creative projects, ensuring that they align with client objectives and meet our high standards of excellence. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to create compelling visual content that drives engagement and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team in developing visual concepts and design solutions that meet client goals and reflect their brand identity
• Oversee the creation of design assets, including websites, social media content, ad creatives, illustrations, and more
• Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to designers, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into visually stunning and effective design concepts
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and client specifications while pushing creative boundaries
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with practical constraints like timelines and budgets
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and technologies, and integrate them into the creative process
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet project requirements and exceed client expectations
• Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless execution and delivery of creative projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar senior design role, preferably in the design or marketing industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead creative projects and produce high-quality visual content
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Exceptional visual and conceptual skills, with the ability to think both creatively and strategically
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a remote creative team
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Experience working with tech companies or in a similar fast-paced environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
