In this on-site role, you will manage technical customer inquiries related to a wide range of audio-visual products, ensuring clear and effective support. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Address inbound technical inquiries from customers via phone and email, offering clear and straightforward guidance within established parameters.
Issue Resolution: Analyse and resolve complex technical problems by actively listening to customers and asking precise, relevant questions to diagnose the issue.
Expert Assistance: Utilize your technical expertise, along with knowledge gained from internal training, to provide high-quality customer service.
Data Management: Accurately record all relevant information from customer interactions into the system, ensuring top-notch service and proper documentation.
Ongoing Education: Keep up with the latest advancements in technical fields, including network architecture and consumer electronics, to improve your ability to assist customers.
Candidate Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish with good English skills (both written and spoken) to complete training and communicate effectively with customers.
Technical Background: Preferably have completed ICT training, with a strong interest in technology. Previous experience in a technical role is a plus.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with network architecture and consumer electronics, such as wireless audio and smart displays.
Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
Communication Skills: Strong phone etiquette and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Experience: Experience in a B2C or B2B environment is beneficial.
