Location: 100% Remote (USA ONLY)

Type: Unpaid Internship

Duration: 120-180 days

Hours: 20 hours per week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our team. As a QA Intern, you will be responsible for testing the functionality of our enterprise IT consulting website and online portals. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in quality assurance and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality and performance of our website and online portals.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed test cases based on requirements and specifications.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and issues using our bug tracking system.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test results.
  • Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionalities are not adversely affected by new developments.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve the user experience and overall quality of our digital products.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with QA methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in software testing or a related field is a plus but not required.
