About The Project

We are an experienced and friendly team, responsible for project support mainly in the financial and administrative aspect. By joining Financial Services, you will have the opportunity to take part in our projects, supporting the project managers and our clients. You will be a part of the PMO team, as well as a project team member.

Your Future Tasks

As a (Junior) Project Management Office Analyst (PMO) you will be cooperating with the project managers, aiming at the most efficient project management support in the financial and admin area, filling the below tasks:

  • Ensuring correct project settlement;
  • Creating calculations, reports and presentations;
  • Supporting the on/offboarding process, as well as managing the physical and logical access rights for the project resources;
  • Closely cooperating with other units in the company (Finance, Controlling, Procurement).

Our Requirements

  • Knowledge of the following languages:
    • English min. B2 spoken and written;
    • Additionally German min. B2 nice to have;
  • strong analytical thinking skills, being a collaborative problem solver, being well-organized;
  • good command of MS Office (Excel as priority);
  • higher education (nice to have: Economics/Finance);
  • nice to have: experience in a similar position, or in a controlling field.
