What You'll Do
As a Senior Technical Specialist, you'll act as the highest technical escalation point within our Customer Success team, ensuring our hotel partners receive world-class technical support and implementation services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading complex PMS implementations and multi-property go-lives.
- Troubleshooting advanced L3 technical issues across PMS, Channel Managers, OTAs, and third-party integrations.
- Managing OTA connectivity with platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, SiteMinder, and similar providers.
- Investigating API logs and identifying root causes across multiple systems.
- Working closely with the Development team by writing high-quality bug reports, validating fixes, and supporting product improvements.
- Managing large-scale data imports and migration projects.
- Proactively monitoring platform health and identifying recurring technical issues before they impact customers.
- Creating technical documentation, implementation playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Mentoring Junior and Medior Technical Specialists through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Supporting continuous improvement across technical support processes.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Implementation Engineering, or System Configuration within a SaaS environment.
- Previous experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS) or HotelTech software.
- Strong understanding of OTA connectivity, Channel Managers, and hospitality integrations.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as SiteMinder, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or similar.
- Experience leading complex hotel implementations and enterprise-scale go-lives.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including API log investigation.
- Experience working directly with Development teams on bug reporting and product improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous mentoring or coaching experience is highly desirable.
