Overview:
Are you passionate about cloud technologies and driving business success? We are looking for a Solutions Specialist with native-level Danish and a B2 level of English to join our team in Málaga, Spain. This on-site role at a leading tech company offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers and partners, drive sales, and contribute to cloud adoption across the Modern Workplace, Data and BI, Apps and Infra, and Business Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, driving sales opportunities and securing new customer wins for Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Solution Selling: Present Microsoft Cloud value propositions that align with customer business objectives, utilizing your expertise in solution selling and cloud-based solutions.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical product overviews, deliver insights based on customer needs, and demonstrate technical and business solutions over Teams.
Cloud Knowledge: Continuously develop your knowledge of Microsoft’s Cloud offerings, achieving a Level 300 understanding and utilizing training resources to stay ahead in the field.
Feasibility & Proposals: Conduct quick technical feasibility assessments, develop solution proposals, and ensure accurate cost projections for new services.
Training & Education: Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions within the Center, sharing your expertise on cloud capabilities and emerging trends.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience; experience in technical sales or presales environments is preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions, as well as identity, authentication, security, and privacy in cloud solutions.
Cloud Expertise: Knowledge of cloud deployment, adoption planning, and cloud-based productivity and collaboration solutions. Fundamentals certification is required; L200 certification is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer science, mathematics, or engineering. A Master’s degree is preferred, with relevant experience in these fields being a bonus.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mindset: Success-driven, proactive in growing technical knowledge, and passionate about cloud technologies.
Languages: Native-level Danish and at least B2 level English (verbal and written).
