Presales Solutions Architect Intern

Role Description The Presales Solutions Architect will support the sales and engineering teams by helping design and present AI, cloud and collaboration solutions that align with client business and technical requirements. On a day-to-day basis, this role will assist in gathering customer needs, preparing solution proposals, creating technical presentations, and participating in product demos and proof-of-concept activities. The intern will collaborate with consultants and developers to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and well-integrated with customer environments, while documenting architectures and configurations. This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering exposure to real-world presales activities in cloud platforms, unified communications, and enterprise collaboration solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Solution Architecture and Integration to help design and map technical solutions to customer requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Business Process to understand client workflows and recommend improvements that drive value.
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on implementation details.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, networking concepts, and collaborative tools (e.g., video conferencing, data sharing, virtual whiteboards) is beneficial.
