Role Overview:
As our Amazon Creative Director, you will oversee a talented group of graphic designers and manage the graphic design lead. Your role will involve strategic direction, project management, and ensuring high-quality design outputs across all Amazon creative services, including brand identity, storefronts, and listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, including the graphic design leader.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational guidelines (SOPs) for design projects.
- Utilize both traditional and cutting-edge design tools to drive creative excellence.
- Oversee the creation of compelling Amazon storefronts, listings, and brand identity assets.
- Ensure all design outputs align with Amazon's standards and our clients’ branding goals.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality designs.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in graphic design with expertise in Amazon marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Extensive experience in using the latest design tools and software.
- Demonstrated managerial and project management skills with experience leading teams of 10 or more.
- Strong ability to create strategic directives and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for design projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics that demonstrate your design thinking and problem solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem and e-commerce dynamics including Amazon’s terms of service and guidelines for product listings.
