About the Opportunity

Talent360Global is expanding its network of independent Business Referral Partners across Europe and the GCC.

This is a genuine independent contractor opportunity with defined commercial responsibilities. It is not salaried employment.

Partners work remotely and independently, subject to the terms of a written Partner Agreement, confidentiality obligations and applicable data-protection requirements.

Role Responsibilities

The Business Referral Partner will:

• identify and qualify potential business clients;
• approach founders, executives, HR leaders and other relevant decision-makers;
• understand prospective clients’ initial business requirements;
• present approved Talent360Global services accurately and professionally;
• coordinate qualified introductions and commercial handovers;
• maintain accurate records of leads, communications and permissions;
• support agreed proposal and follow-up activities;
• provide relevant market insights from Europe, the GCC or both;
• protect confidential information; and
• comply with GDPR, confidentiality, NDA and partner requirements.

Contract and Compensation

This position is offered on an independent contractor basis.

There is:

• no fixed salary;
• no guaranteed income;
• no minimum number of working hours; and
• no employment relationship.

Compensation may include:

• agreed payments for verified leads upon qualification;
• commission on qualifying completed business transactions; and
• approved earnings linked to services sold above specified base prices.

The precise commission structure, qualification criteria, payment conditions, invoicing requirements and applicable commercial terms are provided in the written Partner Agreement before the successful applicant accepts the position.

Applicants are not required to:

• pay an application fee;
• purchase products or services;
• make an investment;
• recruit additional partners; or
• pay for access to the position.

Each contractor remains responsible for their own tax, social-security, registration, licensing and invoicing obligations in their country of operation.

Location and Working Model

Working model: Remote and independent

Primary contracting entity: Talent360Global, Germany

Target markets: Germany, wider Europe and GCC countries

Travel: No regular travel is required. Any client meetings or business travel must be agreed separately.

Relocation: Not required and not provided.

Applicants must be legally permitted to provide independent services from their country of residence.

Qualifications

Applicants should demonstrate:

• the ability to approach businesses directly and develop qualified opportunities;
• strong professional communication and relationship-building skills;
• an existing or developing professional network in Europe, the GCC or both;
• an interest in business development, recruitment, HR, consulting or technology;
• the ability to organise work independently and manage time effectively;
• honest, reliable and professional conduct; and
• fluency in English, German, Arabic or other relevant languages are advantageous.

• professional references when requested during the later selection stage.

Selection Process

The initial selection stage consists of a structured, scenario-based online simulation rather than a conventional first interview.

Applicants are directed to the simulation when they apply.

By beginning the simulation, applicants acknowledge that:

• the simulation must be completed within eight calendar days after registration;
• the maximum total participant effort is up to a maximum 8 hours/480 mins across the entire eight-day period;
• the 480 minutes do not need to be completed continuously or in one session;
• participation is voluntary;
• applicants may discontinue the selection process at any time;
• the simulation is used to assess suitability for the Business Referral Partner position;
• applicants will not be required to contact real clients;
• applicants will not be required to generate commercially usable leads;
• applicants will not perform productive commercial work for Talent360Global; and
• no application or participation fee is charged.

Completion window: Eight calendar days

Maximum total participant effort: 480 minutes

Market focus: Europe and GCC

Successful applicants will receive the Partner Agreement, commercial terms, privacy information and NDA for review before beginning the position.
