Job Description
Tech Pipeline works with organizations where technical debt has created significant operational drag. We are currently supporting a regional industrial leader in the heavy machinery sector to fix specific friction points in their reconciliation and routing systems. As a Junior React Developer, you will help build the interfaces that allow their operations teams to see the ground truth of their data and resolve backlogs.
About the role
The middle of most business processes is where things usually break down. For our industrial client, information often gets stuck in email chains or becomes inconsistent between different financial systems. In this role, you will help us build functional, clean frontend views that replace these manual steps. This is a fully remote position where you will work on the parts of the stack that the client operators use every day. You will not be building abstract prototypes: you will be building tools that help a finance clerk find a missing routing rule or help a logistics manager trace the source of truth for an order. The focus is on clarity, reliability, and reducing the mental load for the people doing the work.
What you will be doing
- Developing and maintaining reusable React components for internal dashboards.
- Connecting frontend views to internal APIs to ensure real-time data accuracy.
- Debugging UI issues and identifying why specific data logs are not reflecting correctly in the interface.
- Refining CSS and layout structures to make complex financial tables easier to read and navigate.
- Testing new features against common operator workflows to ensure there is no friction in data entry.
- Writing and updating documentation for every component you build to help the client team manage the system later.
- Collaborating with senior engineers through code reviews to learn best practices in frontend architecture.
- Participating in direct technical troubleshooting when an operator reports an interface error.

We operate with a focus on documentation and deep work. At Tech Pipeline, we avoid the cycle of frequent meetings and instead rely on clear, written updates and well-maintained project logs. This allows our team to stay focused on the specific technical problems we are hired to solve. Being a fully remote company, we prioritize clarity in our code and our communication so that everyone knows the current status of the project without needing a sync call. We believe in leaving every system better than we found it and ensuring that when our work is done, the client operators have everything they need to run the system themselves.
