Part-Time Flutter Developer (Remote)

Position Title: Part-Time Flutter Developer

Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible hours)
Salary: INR 8,000 - 10,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Experience Required: 2-3 years in Dart development

Role & Responsibilities
Develop high-quality cross-platform desktop & mobile applications (Desktop & Android + iOS) using Flutter.
Work on existing Flutter apps – bug fixing, optimization, and performance improvement.
Work with Flutter Rust Bridge for performance-critical modules and native code integration.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices (MVVM / Bloc / Riverpod / GetX).
Integrate REST APIs, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage), SQLite, and other third-party services.
Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.
Publish and manage apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Collaborate with the team for code reviews and mentoring (if required).

Requirements & Skills
2–3+ years of strong experience in Flutter & Dart.
Solid understanding of Desktop and Mobile platform guidelines.
Strong knowledge of State Management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, GetX, etc.).
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and Firebase services.
Proficient in Git and version control.
Clean Architecture & MVVM pattern.
App performance optimization and memory management.
Basic knowledge of Figma for UI implementation.
Experience with Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PhonePe etc.)
