Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, pacific time, fully remote role. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery for experiential and digital campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality across multiple concurrent initiatives. The Senior Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, facilitates communication between internal stakeholders and clients, and ensures that project goals align with strategic business and creative objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, client calls, tracking progress and risks, leading stand-ups and status meetings, and proactively resolving issues to keep deliverables on schedule. The role also involves optimizing processes, mentoring team members, and contributing to continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects in a creative, marketing, or digital agency environment, preferably at a senior or lead level.
• Project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from kickoff to completion.
• Experience in operational coordination roles such as Expeditor, ensuring resources, information, and approvals move efficiently across teams.

• Knowledge of Logistics Management to organize workflows, dependencies, and delivery schedules for creative and technical outputs.
• Inspection and quality assurance skills to verify deliverables meet requirements, brand standards, and client expectations. You're looking for the details other people missed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with comfort presenting to clients and leadership. If you get energy from working with people and enjoy bouncing from on camera meeting to meeting, this is right up your alley.
• Skilled in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar), and working within agile or hybrid methodologies. We use teamwork.
