Key Role and Responsibilities
Software Inventory Management Maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets including licenses versions and installations
License Compliance Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and manage renewals and audits
Procurement Support Assist in the procurement of software liaising with Finance team for the Invoicing Billing and maintenance of agreements in the designated repositories
Usage Monitoring Monitor software usage to identify underutilized licenses and opportunities for cost savings

Policy Development Develop and enforce software asset management policies and procedures
Reporting Generate regular reports on software usage compliance and cost savings
