We are seeking a Danish-speaking Solutions Specialist with strong English skills (B2 level) to join our team in Málaga, Spain. In this on-site position, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with customers and partners, driving the adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions and helping to shape the future of technology in areas like Modern Workplace, Data and BI, Apps and Infra, and Business Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Act as the primary technical advisor for customers and partners, fostering new business opportunities and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft Cloud services.
Solution Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of cloud-based solutions to present Microsoft’s value propositions, aligning them with the specific business goals and IT strategies of customers.
Technical Guidance: Offer in-depth product insights, address customer needs, and demonstrate solutions via Teams, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits of the proposed technologies.
Cloud Mastery: Continuously enhance your understanding of Microsoft Cloud offerings, achieving a deep, Level 300 expertise, and leveraging available training resources to stay ahead in the industry.
Feasibility & Costing: Quickly assess the technical feasibility of solutions and develop accurate proposals, ensuring clients have clear expectations of service costs.
Training Delivery: Lead training sessions, both in groups and one-on-one, to share your knowledge of cloud technologies with colleagues.
Performance Objectives: Consistently meet or exceed sales, revenue, and operational targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 3-6+ years in technology sales, business development, or a related field; experience in a technical sales or presales role is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in productivity and communication tools, along with a solid understanding of cloud security, identity management, and compliance considerations.
Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud deployment strategies, and experience with cloud-based solutions. Fundamentals certification is required, with L200 certification preferred.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, or engineering is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Motivation: A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and a passion for cloud technology.
Languages: Native-level Danish with proficient English (B2 level or higher).
