The ideal candidate has strong experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture, automated testing, and continuous integration practices. Experience optimizing application performance, integrating APIs and third-party libraries, and maintaining publicly available mobile apps is required. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are important, along with experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership. Familiarity with accessibility features and modern AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Gemini is considered a plus.

Must Have:
- 6+ years' experience
- Kotlin Jetpack Compose
