You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and strategists to ensure SEO is seamlessly integrated into all aspects of website development and campaign execution. Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment managing multiple clients
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through SEO, supported by first-party data such as traffic, rankings, and lead generation
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console, including report setup and data interpretation
- Experience managing SEO initiatives across various industry websites, including metadata optimization, schema markup, redirects, and internal linking
- Expertise in conducting keyword research and mapping strategies aligned with business goals
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to resolve technical SEO issues such as indexing, redirects, and page speed improvements
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into clear, non-technical language for clients and team members

- Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple clients, encompassing technical, on-page, and off-page efforts
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits, competitive gap analyses, and keyword opportunity mapping to inform strategy
- Collaborate with designers and developers during website strategy and build phases to ensure effective SEO implementation

- Develop SEO briefs and outlines to guide content creation teams on structure, keyword usage, and topic coverage
- Review and optimize draft content for SEO before publication, ensuring readability and performance
- Collaborate with developers during website launches to ensure SEO requirements such as crawlability, redirects, and URL structures are met
- Set up and configure SEO tools for new websites, including Google Search Console and GA4
- Generate monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting wins, identifying issues, and recommending next steps
- Research backlink opportunities through competitor analysis, brand mentions, and digital PR initiatives
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and assess their impact on client sites, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Participate in client meetings to review SEO performance and explain strategies in accessible language
