As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of our IT environment. Key duties include:

- Providing timely and effective technical support to our staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Managing system security, including implementing security protocols, monitoring for threats, and performing regular updates.
- Overseeing data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights across all systems.
- Monitoring system performance and reliability to ensure optimal operation.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT processes, policies, and systems.

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Essential qualifications include:
