Multimedia Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Multimedia Designer who combines visual creativity with strategic thinking and who is driven by a passion for design, storytelling, and innovation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hungry to learn, and is motivated to grow alongside a dynamic marketing team.

You will be responsible for translating campaign concepts, brand narratives, and business strategies into engaging visual formats — from social animations and web banners to executive decks and digital activations. This is an in-house role for a self-starter who takes initiative, embraces collaboration, and brings fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

Creative Development

• Design and deliver multimedia assets for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, corporate branding, and events — including digital ads, social media content, infographics, videos, and motion graphics.

Brand Design & Visual Consistency

• Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints; ensure consistent, high-quality execution of visuals across web, social, presentations, and internal communications.

Innovation & Ideation

• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews; experiment with new formats, visual trends, and storytelling techniques that can elevate our brand presence.

Agile Execution

• Turn around visual content quickly and independently while maintaining design integrity; adapt assets for multiple formats and audiences with speed and precision.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to understand goals and translate briefs into compelling visual content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Creative Media, Fine Arts, or equivalent is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design, with a background in fast-paced marketing or a creative team
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or similar design tools
• Strong experience in video editing, motion graphics, and video production tools
• Hands-on experience creating visual/video assets with Generative AI is a strong plus
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms)
• Experience in digital and brand design projects across diverse formats
• Passionate about storytelling, branding, and visual communication
• Basic understanding of UX/UI and social platform formats is a plus
• Self-motivated, curious, and committed to learning and professional growth
• Able to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
