About The Role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to take ownership of a key self-serve product within our platform. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the product from conceptualization through to deployment, ensuring that it effectively addresses user needs and business goals. Your primary focus will be to define problems clearly, collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop solutions, and ship features that feel intuitive and effortless for users. You will work closely with our research and engineering teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into user-friendly products that increase engagement and revenue. Regular interaction with e-commerce sellers will keep you informed of real-world challenges and opportunities, which you will incorporate into the product roadmap. Data-driven decision making will be central to your approach, allowing you to interpret metrics, validate hypotheses, and prioritize features based on measurable impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a product that directly influences the success of e-commerce businesses worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of launching successful products
  • Experience building B2B SaaS products for self-serve customers, with knowledge of growth, retention, and pricing strategies
  • Hands-on experience working with AI technologies, such as Claude or similar models, for prototyping, testing, and automation
  • Strong product taste with the ability to explain design and feature decisions in detail
  • Ability to create clarity and structure around ambiguous problems, taking initiative to act and decide
  • Proficiency in data analysis—pulling, interpreting, and challenging data to inform product direction
  • Comfort working autonomously within small, high-performing, remote teams in an async environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap for a self-serve product, from idea generation to feature release
  • Define user problems clearly and partner with design and engineering teams to develop seamless solutions
  • Convert AI model capabilities into valuable, user-centric features that enhance product usage and revenue
  • Engage regularly with e-commerce sellers to gather feedback and incorporate insights into product development
  • Utilize data to formulate hypotheses, measure outcomes, and prioritize next steps without reliance on external queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features
  • Maintain a deep understanding of user needs and market trends to inform strategic decisions

Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from £95,000 to £110,000
  • Fully remote work environment across Europe with monthly reimbursed visits to the Paris office
  • Flexible working hours to support work-life balance
  • Extended parental leave policies
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and innovative visual solutions
  • Collaborative and inclusive company culture that values diversity and personal growth
