ProMedia, a leading Direct Response advertising agency in Miami, FL, is seeking a motivated individual interested in building and developing a career in Media Buying. This position is fully remote. South Florida candidates are preferred as there are e occasional in-person meetings and company events.

Role Overview:

As a Media Coordinator, you will be instrumental in various aspects of our Media department, supporting Media Buyers with planning, analysis, tracking and optimization of campaigns. The role does not work with social media, content creation or public relations functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry of weekly logs and generate reports.
  • Liaise with national cable networks and TV station representatives to gather data on active client/campaign airings.
  • Maintain campaign data and results using our proprietary tracking system for daily reporting.
  • Monitor client budgets and adapt orders to accommodate station changes.
  • Analyze pre and post logs to ensure airing accuracy aligned with client criteria.
  • Measure campaign results and profitability, reporting outcomes to meet client goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in advertising, agency, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  • Strong English language and clear communication skills, as all of our business communications are conducted in English.
