Job Description
Frontend Developer (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AWS)
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team focused on implementing experiments, personalization initiatives, and user experience improvements directly on the website through frontend code injection platforms, without requiring backend or server access.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement website personalization initiatives and experiments using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Work with frontend code injection platforms (such as Chameleon, Optimizely, VWO, or similar) to deploy changes without modifying the backend.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI Design team to translate prototypes and wireframes into production-ready implementations.
- Partner with the Analytics team to define measurement parameters and interpret experiment results.
- Query and manipulate databases hosted on AWS to support specific personalization initiatives (user segmentation, targeted offers, etc.).
- Participate in backlog prioritization alongside the Product Owner, providing realistic effort estimates.
- Document implemented changes and provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
- Propose technical improvements that contribute to business objectives, going beyond simply executing requirements.
