IT Support Engineer
£30,000 – £35,000 | East Kilbride (moving to Glasgow) | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

What's in it for you?
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office
- Location: East Kilbride initially, before moving to a brand-new Glasgow office in October/November 2026

What you'll be doing

You'll support users across Microsoft 365, Windows, laptops and Macs, troubleshoot networking and hardware issues, and become the go-to IT presence within the office.
You'll also play a key part in the office relocation, helping move and install equipment, supporting infrastructure changes, and making sure the transition into the new Glasgow office runs smoothly.
As you develop, you'll gain broader exposure to Windows Server, infrastructure, networking, and wider IT projects.
What you'll bring
- Experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Confidence supporting laptops, desktops and end users
- Basic networking and troubleshooting experience
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first approach
