As a Dutch Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates who are fluent in Dutch and have the necessary skills and experience required for our clients' job openings. Your ability to effectively communicate in Dutch will allow you to assess candidates' language proficiency and ensure their suitability for various roles in the consumer services industry. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely and collaborate with our team of recruitment experts.
Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' language proficiency and evaluate their qualifications
Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and employers
Develop a deep understanding of our clients' specific requirements and actively seek out candidates who meet their needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our recruitment database
Provide regular updates and reporting to the recruitment team on candidate pipelines and progress
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the recruitment process and share best practices
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the consumer services industry
Strong understanding of the Dutch job market and the ability to identify relevant job opportunities
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools, such as ATS and job boards
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work autonomously and remotely, while maintaining a high level of motivation and accountability
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with candidates and clients
